Questions about selling with us
How much does it cost to rent a booth?
Booth sizes, rent, commissions and availability vary by location. Send a booth availability inquiry for the location you are interested in. Its manager can share the current rate sheet and available options before you decide.
Do I need to be there to sell my items?
No. You set up, stock and maintain your booth. Country Pickins staff operate the store, help customers and handle checkout during store hours.
What kinds of items can I sell?
Our stores feature antiques, vintage finds, furniture, clothing, handmade products, collectibles, home décor and more. Tell us what you plan to sell in your inquiry so the location manager can discuss fit and current store policies with you.
How do I get started?
Choose a location and complete the vendor inquiry. A manager can discuss available space, the current rate sheet and agreement. If you move forward, the team will help you learn the store procedures, vendor portal and barcode process before you stock your booth.
How will I know what sells?
The vendor portal provides updated sales and account information so you can see what is moving and plan your restocking. The manager will show you how to access it during onboarding.
Do I need barcode tags?
Yes. Barcode inventory is part of the Country Pickins vendor system. Your manager will help you learn how to create and use tags for your merchandise.
When do vendors get paid?
Vendor payouts are processed weekly. Your agreement and location manager provide the exact timing and procedures for your store.
Are there technology or payout fees?
The Vendor Technology & Services Fee is $7 monthly per vendor, per Country Pickins location, not per booth. ACH is optional; eligible ACH payouts have a $2.50 processing fee per payout. Your manager can explain the current agreement and payment options.
Can I sell at more than one Country Pickins location?
Potentially. Space and terms are handled separately at each location, subject to availability, approval and the applicable vendor agreement.
Does Country Pickins handle customer checkout?
Yes. Our team operates the register and serves customers during store hours. Your items are tracked to your vendor account through the store's sales system.
What do I need to do after setting up my booth?
Keep your merchandise priced, stocked and your space maintained. You can use your sales information to see what is moving and decide what to replenish. Your agreement and store manager explain any location-specific procedures.
Can I start with one booth and expand later?
Ask your location manager about the space that is available now and whether other spaces may be an option later. Booth sizes and availability can change.
Is direct deposit required?
No. ACH/direct deposit is optional for eligible payouts and carries a $2.50 processing fee per payout. Ask your manager about the payment options at your location.
What happens after I submit a vendor inquiry?
Your inquiry includes the location you chose and what you plan to sell. The team can use that information to discuss space, current rates, the vendor agreement and next steps with you. Sending an inquiry does not reserve a booth.
Do I have to choose a location before asking about a booth?
Our vendor inquiry asks which location interests you so it can reach the right team. You can browse all six stores on the locations page first.
Planning a visit
Where are the Country Pickins stores?
We have six locations across Missouri and Arkansas. Visit our locations page for each store's address, hours and directions.
Will I find the same items every time?
Merchandise changes as independent vendors sell and restock their booths. Every location has its own mix, so there is always something different to discover.
How does Pickin Perks work?
Shoppers earn one point for every $0.01 spent. Points can be redeemed when you reach a reward tier. Ask a team member in store about joining and the current redemption tiers, or see our Pickin Perks page.
How can I ask a question about a visit or purchase?
Use our contact form and choose the location and topic so the right team can respond.
What are the store hours?
Hours differ by location. Check the locations page for current regular hours, addresses and directions. Holiday, severe-weather and special-event hours may vary, so call ahead if timing is important.
Does every store carry the same merchandise?
No. Independent vendors stock each location, and their merchandise changes as items sell. Explore the six locations to find a store near you.
Can I check whether a particular item is available?
Because items are sold and restocked by independent vendors, availability can change. If you are looking for something specific, send a message with the store and item details so the team can help with your question.
How do I join Pickin Perks?
Ask a team member in store about joining. The program tracks spending and awards one point for each $0.01 spent; points can be used when you reach a current redemption tier. See Pickin Perks for an overview.
