When are vendor payouts processed?
Country Pickins uses a weekly payout schedule. Store-specific timing and procedures are governed by your vendor agreement and current store communications.
What is the Vendor Technology & Services Fee?
The Vendor Technology & Services Fee is $7 monthly per vendor, per Country Pickins location. It is not charged per individual booth within that location.
Is ACH required?
No. ACH/direct deposit is optional. An eligible ACH payout carries a $2.50 processing fee.
Are barcode tags becoming the standard?
Yes. Barcode inventory is part of the Country Pickins vendor system. It supports clearer item records, faster checkout and better sales information. Your manager can help you learn the tagging process.
Where do I get location-specific policies?
Your signed vendor agreement and current store communications govern. Ask your manager whenever you are unsure.
